Q. What is the easiest way to find a report?

Use the Search box to enter the plc name (part name will do) or epic code.
The screen will display all the annual reports we hold for that company.
Click the Download button for each report you want.


Q. What if the year I want is not displayed?

Use the Request a Report facility.
Enter your name, your email address, name of the plc and select the year you want.
Click the Submit button and let us do the rest.
You will receive an email when the annual report is added to our website.


Q. How to do I download an annual report?

Click Download for the plcs annual reports you want.
The product is added to the Download Basket.
Click on View Basket to display your order
Check your order is complete and then click on Submit Order.
The Confirmation Screen will appear. The order will now be at your email address.

If you click ‘click here’ on the Confirmation Screen a list of your orders will be displayed.
Select an order and click on View. The order will be displayed.
Click on Download Here and you can download the annual report.


Q. How can I check my orders?

Go to YourAR4plcs Account and select Order History.
Select an order and click on view. The order will be displayed.
Click on Download Here and you can download the annual report.


Q. What can I do if the annual report I want is not on the website?

Use the Request a Report facility.

Q. Please explain the purpose of the groups listed under the Home button?

Every plc annual report is included in the All plcs A-Z group.
The Top 100 plcs - plcs making up the FTSE 100
The Next 250 plcs - plcs making up the balance of the FTSE 350
Taken over plcs -plcs taken over and no longer quoted
Archived reports - reports more than two years old
 


Q. How can check if I have subscribed to the weekly Newsletter?

Go to YourAR4plcs Account and select Newsletter.
Click the yes option.
Click the HTML option to benefit from hypertext links.




Q. How can I change my email address?

Go to YourAR4plcs Account and select Personal Information.
An email will be sent to your email address when a change is made to your personal information.


Q. How can I change my password?

Go to YourAR4plcs Account and select Change Password.
