The aim of the site is to be a key provider of UK plc annual reports for download to investors.

At is launch in June 2007 the site held reports available for download covering the top 350 plcs, recent takeovers and other plcs.

The site will continue to grow by adding new annual reports of UK plcs and through the Request a Report facility.

The internet is an ideal vehicle to distribute annual reports without using resources to print and distribute documents in hardcopy.

Downloading an annual report for a currently quoted plc is free.
